What we do
Practical training connected to each student’s profile
We work with the school and the host companies so that each student has a professional experience in line with their training, their skills and their learning goals.
Host company
For each student we select a host company related to their professional profile and agree with it the activities, duties and learning environment the student will take on during their stay.
Student preparation
We prepare each student to join their professional environment, working on practical aspects of the company, their duties, expectations and settling in at the destination before the stay begins.
Learning follow-up
We follow each student’s experience closely and stay in touch with the host company to check how they are settling in, how they are progressing and how they are taking part in the planned training activities. Our local team is also on hand as a point of support if anything comes up that could affect the stay.
Accommodation
We coordinate accommodation suited to the location and length of the training placement, to make the student’s day-to-day life at the destination easier.

How it works
From preparation to learning in the workplace
This is how we work with every school, whatever the destination.
We get to know the profile
We look at the students’ training, skills, professional interests and language level.
We design the experience
We select the most suitable professional setting and work with the host company to define the activities the student will carry out.
We prepare the start
The student receives information about their company, duties, professional setting and the practical details they need before starting.
We follow their learning
During the stay we keep in touch with the student and the company to see how they are progressing and to help the training experience run smoothly.
